DR. JAEWON LEE D.C
From a young age, Dr. Lee struggled with migraines, sleep problems, unexplained inflammation, and digestive issues—until chiropractic care transformed his health and life. Inspired by that experience, he dedicated his career to helping others find lasting relief through precise, gentle upper cervical care. Today, he welcomes patients from near and far to his Great Neck office, providing personalized care that focuses on correcting the cause, not just the symptoms.
“I want to help other people
through the care that has changed my life."
After experiencing firsthand how chiropractic care helped with his suffering and improved his overall health, he made the decision to help others through the care that had changed his life.
Dr. Lee began his professional journey with a four-year undergraduate program in South Korea, focusing on health management, biomechanics, kinesiology, and rehabilitation exercise, earning certification as a Sports/Exercise Specialist for Health. He then served two years in the Korean Army as a medical squad leader near the DMZ.
Motivated to deepen his expertise, Dr. Lee moved to the United States to attend Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina, completing the four-year Doctor of Chiropractic program. Witnessing the phenomenal impact of upper cervical care on various health issues, Dr. Lee pursued advanced training in Upper Cervical Specific Care—a precise and gentle method focusing on the alignment of the cranio-cervical junction.
Before opening New York Upper Cervical Chiropractic in Great Neck, NY, Dr. Lee gained valuable experience working alongside mentors and leading professionals in both South Carolina and New York. His practice has become a destination for patients seeking expert upper cervical care, guided by his dedication to excellence and his mission to help people feel better, get better, and live better.
Known for his precise, compassionate, and personalized approach, Dr. Lee takes time to listen, explain, and design individualized care plans that address the root cause—not just the symptoms—so patients can live healthier, more comfortable lives.
